    These are all such fantastic tips for a healthier lifestyle. I know that some of them are easier for some than others, but I personally believe wholeheartedly in accountability and finding a version of fitness that works for you. Due to my chronic illness, I was never able to fully commit to a workout routine, but I’ve been doing yoga for over 100 consecutive days this year and it has changed my life! I’m hoping that doing some of the other things you suggested here will have a similar impact!
