I give testimony for keeping fit through daily exercise. Ever since I re-embraced my evening walks, I feel so much better about myself. And my blood pressure so much agrees with me.
This is really helpful! Being mindful about your health is really important! Thank you!
Great tips for this time of year. We all need to do better to take care of ourselves.
I’ve been trying to improve my mental health with daily walks. A little exercise, fresh air and nature really help!
This topic is very important especially now more than ever we are experiencing more stress with all that is going on in the world. Even I, who I consider pretty grounded, have felt the pull of stress tugging at me a lot more. In turn, I have been feeling more frustrated and upset. So I have been continuing to really slow things down and set some time for myself for exercise and what helps me clear my head like reading or scrapbooking. It helps give that satisfaction of life is good and allow to let stress roll off my shoulders.

As someone with several serious medical conditions, it is so important stay relaxed and calm. Low stress levels help the whole body!
I couldn’t agree with several points of this article more. Now more than ever before we have to think about our quality of life when it comes to our mental and physical health. No wonder we’re a nation of illness, back pain, mental illness etc. We’re run into the ground trying to make money to pay for essentials such as homes, heating, transport etc. We need to take a step back and identify what we really need in life.
I may say that this is so essential especially whats the world is experiencing right now. Everybody must check his/her well-being for the good for itself and for people the people that are dear to him/her.
For me, it is very important to relax and be calm and optimistic. It helps me a lot to reduce stress levels. Lately, my favorite way is to go out for a short walk to release the stress. As a result, I feel happier and have improved my quality of life. Thanks for the tips!
