That’s why you’ll want to consider adding to your list of hobbies or recreational activities. Find something that interests you, whether it’s playing some instruments, visiting cafes or museums, painting, writing, going to the gym, growing plants, the list goes on. Hear out my story to spark some inspiration. I have always wanted to be a writer, but I did not enough confidence to start. Self-doubts creep in every time I try but everything changed when I started reading books.
I started with self-help books, and I stumbled upon Elizabeth Gilbert’s Big Magic book. My mindset and views of myself changed after reading it. I was left inspired and motivated to pursue my passion for writing. The benefits I reaped from it?
