The pandemic has changed our lifestyles a lot. It may have forced us to stay home but it`s not all bad. I got a chance to try a lot of new hobbies such as baking, growing plants, learning a new language, and playing games online.
As I have said, I used to think that playing games is a waste of time. I would rather work or do something creative but not long after, I realized we need to take breaks too. We need to channel our stress because burnout is real. We need to play games from time to time especially when boredom strikes.
Online gaming is a form of entertainment and I recently discovered Solitaire games. I easily found myself having fun and being entertained. But it’s not always easy at the beginning.

Okay, so now I`d like to share some of the games I enjoy playing so you can try them and have fun too.
Solitaire is a classic game and I learned how to play it with my dad. We used cards and it was such a fun activity to do with him. That’s why I feel nostalgic every time I play this game online.
There are a lot of options and types of solitaire but I think my favorite to play is the Pyramid where you have to sum the cards to 13. The game is won when all the cards are removed from the pyramid.
I enjoy playing this Candy crush inspired game. It’s simple to play. You just have to make matches of three or more colored pieces.
This can be addicting and can go on forever but you just need to be aware of the time. The Candy house game is strategic which is good. It allows you to think and plan for your moves hence, improving your planning skills.
Daily crosswords are good brain exercise. It improves your vocabulary and increases your knowledge too. For someone who wants to strengthen and preserve their memory, crossword puzzles are perfect for you. I admit that it’s not my favorite but I still love to try because it boosts my mood.

What do you do when depressed? A lot of us binge-eat when but rather than eating a lot, you invite more fun and play games. Online games are better activities to be indulged in.
