July has finally approached and I am beyond excited to go through the month. One great thing I do at the beginning of the month is to set intentions and goals. Goals are my guides to keep on track and be aligned with my purpose. My focus right now is getting specific with my growth strategy as a blogger, and collaborating with fellow bloggers. I love to check out awesome blogs to find inspiration and motivation.
Being a blogger has never been more lonely. It is something not many people know of but it’s true. We just spend most of our time sitting on our desks and working in front of a computer. That’s why it’s important to connect with others and find a community. In my research, I found these awesome and amazing blogs that also talk about self-improvement, from living intentionally, minimalism, and mental health.
All about Intentional living blog

I love Rebekah’s blog as it is all about living intentionally. She is an intentional living coach and she helps fellow women create lives that they love. Like me, she is also a personal growth enthusiast that makes her be more present and be more intentional about the things she does.
Years ago, she was just coasting through life and living life on autopilot until she had her Eureka moment and realized that she wasn’t really living. She was not prioritizing herself and she was living to please other people.
Now, she’s created an intentional living community where she shares her knowledge and expertise. It is a place for women to build aligned and intentional lives.

If you want to start living intentionally, her blog is a great start. Rebekah offers a free masterclass which is a great resource to fully understand what intentional living is. A secret ingredient to life and happiness is creating a life that you love waking up to you have the chance to learn how to do it in this free training.
Less is always more

Mod Minimalism is on my list this month. I can’t keep track of how many times I have visited this site and read Sarah’s articles. It’s an awesome place to dig deep about minimalism because minimalistic life is not just about having fewer possessions, there’s more to it. There’s the organization, eliminating non-essentials, purposeful living, simplifying your life, the list goes on.
2017 was the year when I discovered the concept of minimalism. I started my journey but not long after, I lost track. I was not seeing any results and I was impatient. But creating a minimalistic lifestyle doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time and patience to see results and benefits. I got back on track when I read the Book of Marie Kondo, the life-changing magic of tidying up. The second time was different. I was more determined and had a deeper understanding of minimalism. I never looked back since then.
Sarah has a quick-start guide to decluttering. She offers it for free but it is such a valuable resource. I encourage you to grab it because when you start your journey with minimalism, it’s best to start with decluttering.
Colorful Hope – a blog about mental health

Colorful Hope is an awesome blog and definitely needs support and attention. She talks about mental health that focuses on recovery, self-love, and self-care. It is a safe place for inspiration and hope.
Ruth, the person behind the blog, has struggled with anxiety and depression for years but she was able to overcome it. Now, she shares her tips, and knowledge to spread hope to people who experience the same. Her blog is always open if you need a safe space and advice about mental health.
Her free workbook, Fighting self-critical thoughts is a great resource to overcome negative thoughts because we can’t hide the fact that we all have negative thoughts. This workbook will get you to focus more on self-love and self-care.
